We were approached by a client who had always dreamed of running her own florist business and had taken a redundancy opportunity and opened a shop. But now it was a year down the track and sales weren't going according to plan! We spent 3 hours with her, primarily looking at marketing and sales - and left her with a 4 point action plan. Not rocket science but pragmatic and easily implemented business building points, all things that she could do with a minimum of expenditure and implement quickly. In the event, she only implemented 3 of the points on her plan, but within 6 months her turnover had almost doubled and she had gained a major recurring customer. |
